FYI - these noodles were in a memorable scene from the movie "Four Season" starring Carol Burnett and Alan Alda. Three men were cooking their wives dinner and made these noodles. I first saw this movie when I was 10 years old and always wanted to make them. This year my family has decided to make Chinese Food for Christmas dinner as we do a different country/ethnic background each year. I just found an Asian market here in Indy that sells these noodles. You better believe they will be on my Christmas table. Wish me luck!!! Oh, and Merry Christmas to all!!
