And finally something I&#39;ve actually tried and made myself, yay :) I love ricotta with pasta as it&#39;s real easy to make at home and the sauce is still a good one, even though it&#39;s a much simpler version of all the usual pasta sauces. The only thing is you need to amke sure to eat all of the meal right away...
