Did u know poblanos are pasillas? rather poblanos are young pasillas...produce guy told me that... so next time you can use poblanos and not have to rehydrate pasillas...I bookmarked the Pretzel Toffee, love salty/sweet things... ReplyDeleteI see why they are favorites. I've commented on the pasta alfredo, but the ancho mac has me interested as well. I look forward to more in 2012.
ReplyDeleteI need to make that pork loin (well, there's a lot I need to make but don't want to start the New Year being a glutton!). Happy 2012 - may it bring delicious days.

ReplyDeleteI can attest to the pork tenderloin. I've made it a few times. It is always a hit. But don't undersell the Chipotle Shredded Beef Tacos. And last night I had folks for dinner and did the tomato soup and baked ziti. Great comfort food. Thanks for those !!!!
